Mid-Michigan Honor Flight Veteran Application

 

The mission of Mid-Michigan Honor Flight is to transport WWII, Korean, Vietnam War and Terminally Ill veterans from any war, to Washington, D.C. to see their memorial free of charge.  It is a small way to say thank you to all the brave men and women in Michigan who served our country so selflessly.  Guardians are assigned to accompany Veterans fly on every flight to ensure our Honorees have a save and memorable Tour of Honor.

Note:  You will receive via mail all required medical forms which will need to be returned prior to confirmation of your being able to be on an Honor Flight. ​
