Phillip is currently based in Charlevoix Michigan. After retiring from the Wexford County Sheriff's Office, where he was a Deputy in the Community Policing unit. Phillip is an active volunteer at the local Elks Lodge and serves on the Veterans committee and Drug/Safety Awareness program.
